I am truly honoured for being elected as a President of
Lohana Community of North London. It is one of the highest
honours a Raghuvanshi can achieve from our community. It
was a dream come true for me and I would like to thank all for
entrusting me for the position of LCNL President.
I hope you and your family are well and have taken both
doses of vaccination. Our hearts and prayers are with those
we have lost recently here and across the globe. May we remember the souls,
may we cherish their memories, may we create a better future under their
guidance and teaching.

As always, the primary purpose of the News and Event is to provide you with
contact details of newly elected committee and all forthcoming events
organized by LCNL, Mahila Mandal, Senior Men and Ladies, YLS, Youth Group,
Activity Team, Ageing Population and Connexions. I am very proud and grateful,
to have a vibrant and dynamic team. This has already been demonstrated by the
events we held this year. The year started with Ramnavmi than Hanuman Jayanti
and followed by various successful events by all the operating bodies.
There are many up-coming events like Rudri Puja, Janmashtami, Navratri,
Chopda Pujan, Diwali Milan and Jalaram Jayanti. I hope to see you all at these
events. YLS are organizing events catered for age group 18 to 35 and we also
have a youth team who organizes events for our youth age between 13 and 18.
We have raised over £10,000 for India appeal and I thank all who has contributed.
The monies have already been sent via Divya Seva Foundation.
There are many Lohana families in North London who are not members, and I
would like to encourage these families to become LCNL member. You can be a
member by visiting our website. Also, LCNL App is free to all to download and has
a host of wonderful features.
I would like to congratulate Bharat Sodha for becoming Lohana UK President and
Jay Ruparelia for becoming the secretary. Both are part of LCNL committee. I
would like to take this opportunity to thank all the chairperson and the executive
committee members for their continuous support. I would also like to thank all the
sponsors and supporters of LCNL.

Special thanks to Mr Bharat Ghelani and his team for preparing this bulletin and
thank you to our secretary Ronak Pau for his continuous hard work and support.
Finally, I would like to thank Sadhna and my family for their support and guidance.
