Recipes
Green Paste Red Paste
Ingredients: Ingredients:
200gms Fresh Kale (1 bag) Carrots
900gms baby spinach (2x 450 gms) Capsicums (all colours)
4 bunches Fresh green Methi Radish
1 table spoon Ghee or oil Green chillies (to taste)
You can use your own choice of greens in the portion Red Chillies (to taste)
you prefer. Fresh Plums
Ideal use in making thepla / Parathas, curries, dall Peeled fresh Oranges (Flesh and pith)

Method for both green and red paste
Wash and liquidise into a crunchy paste
Stir fry on high heat with oil until dry and freeze once cooled in ice cube
Uses as chutney add cashew nut or peanut and Salt to taste or add it to Thepla, curries, muthiya, mix Dall,
Pulses can also be used in pasta sauce.
Turmeric and Lime Winter Flapjack recipe for Lunch Box
Ingredients:
250gms Porridge Oats 125gms Butter
50gms Golden Syrup (3 tbsp) 100gms Brown sugar
1/2tsp Salt 1&1/2tsp Turmeric powder
1tsp Crushed Black pepper 1-2tsp Cinnamon
2tbsp Dates Paste (or finely chopped) 2tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
50gms Linseeds Add other seeds of your choice
Method: Mix butter, sugar, syrup and dates paste together and melt this mixture on slow heat keep stirring. Add
rest of the ingredients, mix well and pour into a greased baking tray. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 150 degrees
for 20-25 minutes. Cut into required size pieces Once cooled cut into required size pieces and store in an airtight
container.
Winter Massage Oil Summer Massage oil
Olive oil, Mustard oil, Coconut oil Olive oil, Castor oil, Almond oil
Mix them together and apply once/twice on the skin daily (check for any Allergies)
Garlic Water
Soak 1 clove of garlic with skin to half a glass of water overnight, drink just the water first thing in the morning.
